Model 118B Tube Stitching with Automatic Cloth Guide Unit:

The electronically controlled cloth guide automatically doubles over cloth that then is guided into sewing machine for stitching edges together, forming a continuous sewn tube. As the material is sewn, the edges are trimmed and the selvage collected in container below unit. An automatic thread-break indicator is provided.

As tubular cloth leaves machine, it is folded into a box.

Model 118A Spiral Bias Cutting and Automatic Rolling Unit:

Sewn tubular material produced by the 118B Unit is feed from a swivel frame, is feed over an adjustable mandrel that automatically tensions the cloth tube. The material is spirally cut on the bias and automatically rolled up into a continuous bias roll.

The desired roll width and cutting angle are adjustable.
